Yes, all products sold on FragFlex are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors or the original brands. We do not sell knock-offs or imitations.

To maintain the integrity of your fragrance, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid keeping bottles in the bathroom, as temperature fluctuations can break down the scent molecules.
What is your return policy for opened items?
Due to the personal nature of beauty products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. We recommend trying a sample size before committing to a full-sized bottle.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
