At FragFlex, we want you to find your perfect signature scent; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy on all fragrance products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, only unopened and lightly tested bottles with the safety seal intact are eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your FragFlex account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the fragrance bottle back into its original box and use a sturdy shipping carton with adequate padding to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery markings are covered.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned scent for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
